From Arlanda Airport to central Stockholm
Express trains (Arlanda Express)
To Stockholm Centralstation (“Centralen”) up to six times per hour. Travel time approx. 18 min. One-way price: 299 SEK (rebookable) or 199 SEK (non-rebookable).
Airport coaches (Flygbussarna and Flixbus)
To Cityterminal bus terminal (next to Centralstation) up to six times per hour. Travel time approx. 45 min. One-way price: 99 SEK (Flygbussarna) or 59 SEK (Flixbus).
Taxis
Taxi ranks are outside all airport terminals. Maximum price for 1-4 passengers to central Stockholm is 675 SEK. Further information at Arlanda/taxi.
From Bromma Airport to central Stockholm
Airport coaches (Flygbussarna) from the airport run to Stockholm’s Cityterminal bus terminal. Travel time approx. 20 min. One-way price: 89 SEK. Taxis are also available.
From Centralstation/Cityterminal to the venue and hotels
Unless you are travelling to the meeting by car, your first stop in central Stockholm will be the Centralstation/Cityterminal hub where all incoming airport shuttles, trains, and coaches terminate (see map). From here you can walk, take public transport or a taxi to your final destination (some basic information given below).
Walking (exit Centralstation/Cityterminal onto Vasagatan)

Subway (T-bana) from T-centralen station
• To Näringslivets Hus (Östermalmstorg station): 12 - 14 min
• To Hotel Riddargatan (Östermalmstorg station): 8 - 10 min
• To Hotel Birger Jarl (Rådmansgatan station): 12 - 13 min
Bus from Centralen (Klarabergsviadukten) bus stop
• To Näringslivets Hus (Nybroplan bus stop): 13 - 14 min
• To Hotel Riddargatan (Nybroplan bus stop): 10 - 12 min
• To Hotel Birger Jarl (no nearby bus stop): 30 - 40 min
